So I have designed and fabricated lower rails for the recaro trendline seats for the mkII clio. They lower the seats 40mm more than standard rails and are a direct replacement. I am now offering these as a Group Buy, the cost will be £250 plus £15 p+p. This will be for 2 pairs of side mounts...
I live in South Yorkshire, but have been going to Harrats in Pontefract for several years.
They've been great in the past, but the trouble is, they seem to be going downhill - more expensive, not returning calls, and I'm losing a bit of trust. Any recommendations for dealers/specialists oop...

I will be putting this up for sale soon but have no idea what to ask ? Anyone got a view on this. Car was a CAT D last year for panel damage however it is showing as HPI Clear so can't have been recorded. Currently showing 70k , no history can with the car however these a bit on the owners...
When one of my Sachs failed recently I was in a real dilemma over what to do. To have them refurbished is the best part of £500 just for the front two shocks and there’s no real warranty on the repair. Combine that with the horror stories of people having them refurbished just for them to either...
Just got my Trophy back after a whole heap of maintenance work and I have to say Wow! I can't believe how much the car is transformed! She went in for a service, new discs and pads, refurbed front shocks from Cornering Force, new front springs and new front top mounts. I had the rear shocks...
Seen this on ebay, 74,000 miles or so very similar condition and miles to my own, with the amount of ebay watchers is this a realistic price?
Estimated value from low-high?
£3,000-£6,500?
Thanks.

Hey folks, havent had a chance to drive the car in snowy conditions yet, but living in Scotland means its pretty inevitable unfortunately! Can anyone comment how the driving is in the snow? I have eagle f1 tyres all round so i dont think it will be very good..! Also, what kind of snow tyre set...
Hi guys, I assume my clutch is uprated but thought I would post this in case paddle clutch's are standard. Either that or its bloody heavy! Its as heavy as the Cobra, I jumped in my RS focus and it was so lovely and light! I just wanted to check as I would be amazed if Renault did this style...
Hi,
my ABS, Service and Traction control light are on. When I investigated, NS CV boot circllip had broken, so I guess this is what triggered them to come on.
I've cleaned up the grease thrown out, re-packed and temp put a cable tie around.
How do I get the lights to go out? I tried...
Hi all,
I am getting number 313 on Wednesday! I am moving over here from focusrsoc.com, having owned a MK1 RS focus for about a year. Unfortunately I needed to downsize to fund moving out and a mortgage so I bought a little clio :p I really like it and although for me it will never be my RS...
Test drove a trophy today. On full left lock there was a grinding noise (sorry not sure how to describe it) coming from the right front suspension. Any idea what that might be possible?
So came back form work only to find someone has hit the 'T' no note left or anything. To say I was upset was an understatement. Looks like it was side swiped probably who someone who couldnt drive. Damage caused was rear quarter panel rear bumper, front headlight wing and bumper.
Thought I'd post this link up for those who would like to have a look at the pictures from the Renaultsport day at Oulton last week. I'm in T18PHY.

It was a great day, possibly the best trackday I've attended. Well organised by...
As title,
Went down to see Nick at PureMotorsport today to have one of his nice new 182 manifold back systems fitted.
I chose to decat instead of use his option of a race cat, purely to keep costs down.
The system gave a proven 6.6 hp gain on the rolling road, back to back over stock on his...

Is this Trophy known to the forum?
Interesting build!
Hi guys, long time no speak.
Back on the hunt for a trophy for keeps after letting number 71 go back in 2008 when I bought my second v6 Clio. Sold the v6 in July last year when I picked up my brand new range rover (2 kids and the failing ability to change gear myself tempted me into land...
Hi All,
Thought it was time to introduced myself......
I registerded in November 2011, after acquiring my first Clio V6 255 (Phase 2), my first Renault, with the intention of buying a 182 Trophy, but the purchase never happened.
Now, a couple of other acquisitions later, I believe I have...
In this months Evo a 182 Cup gets 5 stars in a section called bargain hunt, some of the most thrilling cars of yesteryear can now be picked up for less than £4000.
At least not all car reviewer's are the same!
Hello

Within the last 4 months I've sold my much missed Trophy and my partners EP3 Civic Type-R Premier to be replaced by a RenaultSport Megane DCi175 with Cup & Lux packs making it rare as only about 390 were sold in the UK & not all with either packs never mind both. And the Civic with a late model...
So why was this thread deleted? I'm guessing that his visits last night were to fire off some threatening PM's. Pretty lame that the forum folded so easily, disappointing.

At the request of a few people I've taken a few pictures to illustrate the height of 15" F1's with Cooksports. Wheels are 7J ET38 iirc. Tyres, 195/50/15. No spacers.
Shoddy effort with the camera. Parked. Took Photos. Went home. Too windy. No tripod.

Hello everyone!
The Evo Diaries video which Harry Metcalf did a few days ago was the last straw.... I've gone for it, and will be picking my first hot clio up this evening :D
THe little Trophy will compliment a Series 1 Lotus Elise in the "fleet" and will replace my 1.9 205 GTi..... Assuming I...
Hi
I've just refitted my Sachs after CF serviced them and like at least one other person on here they seem incredibly firm. Now I've owned my T for about 5 years and I've driven lots of other Ts so I have a pretty good idea of what's normal, and quite frankly my Sachs dampers currently feel...
I'm very reluctantly selling my Trophy. It is in exceptional condition, with only 43,500 miles and a full service history. I bought it 2 and a half years ago with the original tyres on the rear wheels and they still haven't (quite) worn out - that's how gently the car has been driven. The front...

Put the Trophy in for its annual service/MOT and it turns out BOTH front springs are broken and a rear damper is leaking. Car had basically sat for 6 months straight beforehand so I am surprised. Front dampers are fine with no leaks (they were refurbed last August). My questions to you good...
For sale is my 2005 Renault Sport Clio 182 Trophy, Number 441/500. After owning numerous RenaultSports in the past, I thought it was time I finally owned a “Trophy”. Due to a change in circumstances and a significant increase in my annual mileage, it is with regret, my Trophy is for sale. The...
