did you read his dribble.... HE's a moron " I do exactly the same thing as PG and only charge a £10" Permagard spend a day with your car - if he does that for just a £10 he's a fecking idiot. Gerald Ratners business sence there!

One thing I have noticed in the last couple of weeks is how clean and clear the glass is. When I was cleaning with Zymol and using their 'Glas' cleaner the windscreen seemed to get dirty very easily. Now it's like looking through a new spotless screen!

You'll love it, if you're anything like me (attributing a soul and personality to a metal box) you'll have to stop and have a little look every time you walk past your window. The Trophy deserves nothing less.

Rather than trying to keep it clean all the time, you'll be driving through puddles, knowing that it'll rain pretty soon and clean itself.

Graham at Manchester Permagard seems like a top fella.

Said when I told him the car is Trophy "What? Another one?".

I guess from his response that he has done quite a few recently

Depends on the mileage (wear and tear on the paint).

My Trophy has done 9.5K so I'm looking at £150 + VAT.

Well worth the expense though as just washing isn't gunna protect the paint from UV rays and the resulting fading. (What colour fades most on cars - red!)

Then after that just a yearly top up. Not sure of how much that is, but I think that there is some due to be done soon, so keep an eye out for that one. :D

Almost forgot.

You get a courtesy car for the duration, which is from 0900 - 1630.

So if you want it doing, either take a good book or plenty of dosh and go shopping :!:

As my wife is coming guess what I'll be doing :!: :(

And yes you're right about the 106 and Trafford centre.
At least I can finish my Christmas shopping

That 106 could probably find it's own way there by now!!

i'm probably wrong here but i thought paint fade was mainly down to oxidation and as you are sealing the paint with the treatment paint fade was negligable.
It's also why i asked on here about car covers, and everybody laughed

Could be wrong myself. :-s

I thought a combination of oxidation and sunlight was harmful to brightly coloured paintwork. I may be incorrect about this but I think Permagard provides a barrier against oxidation and a filter against UV rays.

Fell free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Can't fault you. Did you ever get more than £100 out of the KN*B who reversed into you?
