Hi all,
I've just purchased a 182 Trophy (No.382) today, rather a nice upgrade from my Fiat Seicento Sporting! It needs some work doing to make it perfect but it's brilliant to drive all the same :D
However the battery light is on, as is the STOP light. At high revs this goes out so I believe...
Hi, the seatbelts on my trophy are very grubby. More a brown colour than silver and don't look very nice. Is there anything recommended for cleaning these? I was going try something like cilit bang?
Thanks.
Just picked up the trophy on monday and thinking about getting it undersealed for the winter. Can anyone recommend any places in the north east, where its worth taking it to.
Heres the write up of the detailing session my good friend Olly (Snow Shine) carried out for me. After having him work on my EK9 before and seeing the results along with his various other clients I knew the car was in safe hands. I really can't recommend him enough and if you're on the South...
I want to have my Trophy wax oiled/ under sealed. Has anyone got any reccomendations for someone to do it, in the midlands area? I know i could do it myself but i havent got any ramps and i dont fancy crawling around getting filthy and wax oil every where. Would also like a proper job with it...

After all the recent snow, my Trophy was looking desperate for a thorough clean.
I decided to give it a machine polish yesterday to get it back upto standard.

Its time for some new rear pads. I can only presume that the ones that i have on now are the original! I think they have done well!! They are pretty much down to the metal now.
I would just like to ask - Where would be the cheapest place to get both discs and pads?? I will replace the discs as...

I bought a Boxster S six months ago and even though it's a brilliant car, unless you're a...
Spring is here, time to get rid of the swirls from the harsh winter.
I’ve used a DAS-6 a few times and achieved reasonable results but now I’ve decided to upgrade to rotary in the form of a cheap and cheerful Silverline.
Due to time restrictions and it being my first time I’m only aiming for...
I'm thinking of starting to machine polish the trophy as i can see some general swirling which would be nice to get rid of. Has anyone been doing this on there T? Does anyone know is our paint clear coat or two part and does the paint seem to be quite soft? I should find this by experimenting...
Drove 110 this weekend for the first time since November and its like having a new car all over again! Simply a sublime motor; handling, acceleration, sound, driver involvement, phenomenal!

Due to a change in financial circumstances :( I'm taking the rather hard decision to suspend my insurance policy (a huge cost for me being 20) and lay #110 up until maybe spring or early summer next year. That way I'll be saved from renewing my insurance again in June as I can potentially...
Hi Guys,
I've used various products over the years but what do you find is best for cleaning your alloys?
Like my old Cup, i find the wheels on the Trophy very fiddley to clean between the spokes but am reluctant to spray with some of the chemicals i've used on regular alloys in case it takes...

Just picked it up yestersday, it involved a lift to the airport from my dad at an unholy hour, a flight from newcastle to gatwick, my mate picked me up from the airport and gave me a lift to brighton then i drove the 376 miles home in it! If you'd seen it up for sale you'll have seen it had...
I have been looking through posts and at few photos of calipers that have been painted on here. I think it finishes the car off perfectly but i notice quite a lot of people reckon they would be better left standard.
Just like to know what peoples veiws were on doing it.
Cheers Elliott.
After much consideration about what I could do with the Trophy, I have decided to sell. The trophy has been great and nothing has gone wrong since I've brought it off 'johnnytheboy' off here (he's looked after it wonderfully during his ownership)
