I noticed whilst examining a new Pilot Exalto 2 this morning that the tread blocks on both edges seem to have a random variation of tread block widths around the tyre, now obviously this is not random, it is defined in the same manner by the mould but how did they decide upon this configuration...

well tyres are nearing the end of there life so checked the dealer, they want £144 PLUS vat each inc fitting! then checked murrays....local portadown firm.....£80 including vat AND fitting. i carefully put him over that it was a propor pe2 with v rating! why the huge price...

It'd been 20 odd days since my last outing in the trophy due to being busy and the rubbish weather we've been having. However my power steering pump failed on my daily driver (206) so i've been "forced" to drive the trophy. I woke up excited to drive it and got to work with a grin on my face...

I need a single trophy alloy with or without a tyre doesnt matter. Needs to be in or close to london so I can collect it.

Can anyone tell me the correct suspension settings for a trophy. F/R toe, Camber etc as I'd like to check all the settings on my car. I suspect the 60% worn tyres are contributing to the torquesteer, but would like to check before replacing them. Note that 7MAT seems to have increased...

I've bought the Peugeot 106 Rallye LHD from Lee, should be delivered down in the next couple of days. With it's Bilsteins and Eibach upgrades it's kind of a spiritual (older) sister to the Trophy so I thought I'd post on here as most would appreciate the mods he's done to it.

What is the best product for keeping the black plastics (external) on the Trophy black! I've been using Autoglym Bumper Care but it isnt lasting very long, though it is at the end of the bottle. any recommendations people. Still loving the car!!
