Dealers seem to be heavily discounting the 200 CUP... Lookers Chelmsford have a new one with 1mile on the clock in blue, reduced from £15750 to £12,995.
This might be of particular interest to you Rich

Hi guys,
I've got a 2003 Clio Sport 2.0 16v 172 and there seems to be a problem with the brakes which is worrying me a bit. Basically when you put your foot on the brake pedal it takes AGES to slow down... almost like they aren't working at all. I took it to a mate who likes to poke about with...
This is something different but well worth reading. It was written by our learned friend in Stoke and we think is of interest to any car or bike owner.
Well…………! In The Beginning there was Carbon and Hydrogen.
These got together in accordance with rules forged in the Big Bang (yes, really!)...
thoughts?
I like the semi subtleness of it versus the full on Focus RS. Sadly daytime running lights are already becoming a cool chav addition so I'm not sure they'll do it any favours..
Hi Guys!
We hope you’re all braving the cold weather OK!

CAR Magazine has on-line poll to find the best hot hatch of all time.
Get Trophy voting (is near bottom of list - not next to cup ,williams and V6 for some reason?). We only have 13 votes!, Lancia Delta Integrale has 14% of the vote...
New to the forum and the Trophy – just bought 415. I am having trouble sourcing two brand new Pilot Exalto PE2s locally to me here in west Kent. Any idea where I can find them for around £110 each?
hi everyone,i have a mercedes c32 amg tuned to 410bhp(family car)..looking to buy something intreasting to drive from and to work in..(mixed country roads)..it be either the 182 cup or a trophy, really like the trophy tbh cause of the eye catching red..is it really worth the extra few grand for a...
In my short time here (a week) I get the impression that trophy owners seem to be older and more mature than normal RS owners. Is this a fair assumption?
For the record i'm 28 and pick 480 up tomorrow.
The part number for the ECU bracket that breaks is 7701471821, so Renault Mill Lane Aldershot say, but I don't know if I believe them. If you book the T into a dealer to have the bracket repaired under warranty this is the number to quote in advance for the part.
Just had my entire morning...
Hello All,
I used to own a Clio 172 Mk1 (which my dad now owns) and I currently drive a 53 plate facelift Civic Type-R which I have owned for 2.5 years now. I am looking for a change without spending silly amounts of money and having read reviews of the Trophy I feel this is my motoring...
Anyone planning not selling their Trophy and keeping it mint for the long term. I had thought about selling mine and getting 8.5 plus but,
On second thoughts a good Williams still makes 3k (1994) and my 1990 1.9 205GTI is worth 2k all day long. So 8500 today and keep it mint and it will...
Going to part ex it so up for offers around £9.000 22.800 miles fsh 1 previous owner two small stone chips on bonnet that have been touched up no dents or dings never tracked garaged at night . pm if interested .
I've had the car 3 days now, and done about 400 miles...It really is fantastic and I see why someone has termed the car 'Super Mario Kart'.
However, at the risk of sounding like a whinging so and so, my back and legs haven't stopped aching. After about 20 mins in the Clio I begin to get...
According to a brief article on the Whatcar website this is due to be launched soon. 205 bhp - excess weight stripped out - different suspension - undergoing SVA at present. Sounds very exciting until one reads the price; an estimated £27,000. Has anyone seen any more details?
Well as you all seemed to be very good at suggesting the other cars people were trying to identify, maybe somebody can explain this - Spotted in 2000 but never found out what it is... thought it migh have been for a film as was in LA (and see numberplate) any ideas?
OK, have been lurking for a while and am ready to buy a car, I have 8k to spend ready in the bank so really I expect I am looking at a 182 with Cup Pack(s) but I thought I would try on here to see what a Trophy goes for nowdays.
I am not after a flaming for insulting the value of the Trophy...
Hi guys just got back from Germany and tackling the famous Nurbiurgring.
What a place!! Absolute mecca for cars and enthusiasts. Saw some pretty fantastic looking cars and also some sheds! However, the sheds where quicker!!

I'm selling my Trophy due to buying a house and the mileage I will be covering soon. Im looking at getting a TDi Golf etc to PX it with.
For the mileage and condition of this car it has to be one of the cheapest around at the moment.

Still looking thinking of getting a trophy but after having a look around the 197's are only a little more expensive, and newer model therfore less depreciation more warranty and newer model e.t.c. Anyone have any experience witht eh 197 and how it rates to the trophy?
Although i suppose the...
Apart from thinking they're really cool (ya sound like a teenager there  ) and would be great fun to drive, I don't know much about owning a rare 'foreign' car. I'm thinking it could be as much trouble as its worth. Has anyone owned a more 'finicky' car and loved or hated the experience...
If any of you have been following the crazy and embarrassing (for Renault) saga that Trophychick is going through with her car you'll be aware of the dead end that they now seem to have reached. For it to have taken a couple of weeks to fix a car is too long, their story has now reached 5 months...

Hi,
I'm new here. I have been offered an ex-company Clio Trophy. It has done 50k miles. Would this be a good buy or not???
I haven't seen it yet. How many services should it have had in this time???
Will those expensive dampers need doing???
Thanks
Rob
when are these cars supposed to be out??
I saw a black one this morning whilst walking into work. It had either a demo plate or a foreign plate on it, couldn't really tell.
Looked nice, fairly aggressive but a bit too futuristic for my liking...very Astra VXR sort of look to it. Had 2 huge...
