Just thought i'd say hope you enjoyed kicking my tyres, using my petrol to go on a test drive when you had no real intention of buying....
Word of advice, if you are going to make an offer on someone's car, you need to be able to find...
I bought a flat yesterday, with my girlfriend. It's really nice. She has paid all the deposit because she's been on the property ladder for a few years now and I'm just getting on, not only this but to get a better mortgage she has planned to pay off both our loans. Mine is about £8.5K...
...after a year or so of faffing about (well I did have to save up  ) ive finally bought myself Trophy No. 131 (tup)
Bought from my local dealer at ware garages, who did me a fantastic deal both on the trophy and on my trade-in, its a one (female) owner, 4,600 mile, 55reg which has...
I've just done a spring clean of the Owner's Register, there are 12 double posts and 4 Swiss ones so that makes 219 registered on here (This includes scrapped ones because they are still registered). That's pretty good but not nearly enough, please, if you know anyone who owns a Trophy or you...
OK guys - 1 week in and time to change the exhaust..... Money no object what is the best system I can buy. I am after a nice rich sound, not too loud to get thrown out of any potential track days, and not too quiet that it wasn't worth bothering....
Not really wanting to ditch the cat in case I...
My girlfriend is looking at upgrading to a new phone and her current highest scorer is the O2 xda mini S.. Main reason for her choice is that she has a 2 hr daily commute to and from uni so the fact that it's a micro computer with MS Word etc is rather handy. Just wondering if anyone has...

The sole reason i don't mind my T.V licence going up this year. Seems like ages since its been on. I've caught a few on UK Gold, but nothing better than a fresh new series. 5th gear doesn't seem to do it for me anymore, whether its the lovejoy chap or the new format i'm not sure...

The BBC plans to air footage of the crash in full as part of Top Gear on January 28.

So we've had the best, it seems most of my ex cars are rubbish, so what's the worst car you've ever driven?
Mine has got to be that Ford capri, it belonged to an ex gf, had no tax or mot and was horrible it used to go round corners like a big jelly, the best drive i had in it was to the breakers :)
Not a thread where I'm about to announce i'm selling 328..... I was involved in a crash 5 weeks ago which saw the car written off. In avoiding a car my side of the road on a country lane I managed to destroy a fence, avoid a house and end up resting on a railway sleeper in someone elses front...

So it's better value to get a CAT D trophy than an pristine perfect example.
What is CS becoming (tdown)
What's the most anyone's had out of their Trophy? A friend recently borrowed mine and said he took it up to 155mph with his dad in the passenger seat and felt like it still wanted to go even faster! I know the speedometer reads 160mph but I found this hard to believe as the spec notes top speed...
Norwich Union is offering PAYG insurance... i.e. pay per mile of driving, capped up to the limit of what your policy would normally cost on a normal plan.
It's great for younger drivers, and also good if you do minimal mileage a year.

He crashed while doing some fiming in a jet car on a track near York, he's on the neuro ward and was taken into hospital unconscious. I hope he's OK, one of the only decent presenters on television.
