Hi boys + girls
Im here to offer all you shiny people lovers a great deal, or is that steal?
Well im trying to get more customers as I really am trying to give it a good go part time and hopefully it will take off, or crash! Im based in high wycombe, HP13 and you would have to come to me...
I had an amazing opportunity today! driving along in Windsor and i saw a Mclaren Merc SLR Stirling Moss, this one happen to be the first one of the production line and the one taken to Goodwood Festival of Speed this yeah........... yes that means it was the one Stirling Moss himself drove up...
Bit of a random one this, but I fancied having a moan about the appalling quality of a lot of the driving on our roads. Sometimes it's so bad it actually scares me.
I think my biggest pet hate, or one of them at least, is people who randomly brake for no reason. Not necessarily heavy braking...
Hi there
We would like to sponsor this forum and in doing so would like to offer our car insurance scheme to users on here. Our insurers have found that car club members have less claims than non-members so they have devised a special insurance scheme which this year has already saved our new...
I know there are quite a few threads on rattling seats so I'm lazy and i'll just ask from the horses mouth! I noticed the other day there was quite constant annoying rattle coming from the passengers. On closer inspection i sourced where the rattle was coming from. Its coming from the side...
hi,
Been looking to get another car seeing as I have blown my car up at the minute. Now while I love my type R I can't really risk blowing it up again while doing track days. So had a look at swapping to a hot hatch. Looked at all the cars and decided it has to be the clio 182.
Now what I...

A Crash Diet.........
Seeing as it's only a track car (still drives to the tracks though) i decided that anything that could be removed was removed, i suppose i should have posted a pic, but the garage is full so most of the panels ete are just...
Another great meet. Not as much convoy driving as the previous few outings but a good opportunity to chat and also to get some passenger rides! (Big thanks to Dallas for negotiating the tight gaps, 4 up in the blue barge! Also to Jules and Luke for back to back Orb race/soft comparisons!).
Here...
Noticed one today, and it seems like the bods at Vaux have come up with an original idea of producing a limited run off 500 models of their hot hatch lol!
On the other hand, i must say, it did look very very smart, and a LOT nicer than the standard vxr, obviously the handling won't be up to the...
FOR SALE
I AM SELLING MY 55 PLATE CLIO 182 TROPHY

Just spotted this over on Cliosport.... £5k.... and it's only done 5k miles in the last 2 years... barely been used. still being sold under lightly damaged
Those who don't remember me or what i'm referring to, have a little looky...
Time has come to insure, tax and test my trophy. The car has passed its MOT but I've been advised that the front disks and pads could do with replacing. The car has only done 10k miles but the disks have corroded, due possibly to sticking pads. Naturally, the dealers said the warranty would...
Bit of a weird one, but thought it might be interesting to find out what everyone on here does for a living!

Me and Sharky UK's Trophys snapped in the Black Mountains today, mental roads! :D
Sad i know posting my own car this way but i just had too
(by the way should i have put this in spotted section?!)
Took off the car as she is going to a new home
Can be fitted in 10 minutes and is the only mod I would say is a must for the Trophy - allows you to change the speed of the intermittent wipe. The standard Trophy stalk wipes the screen every nanosecond on the intermittent setting
Just wondered if any trophy owners were girls as i am having to sell my baby (206cc) so i get this trophy which i no im on the wrong site to say it but dont even want it.lol.my fella wants it really!!
What an earth were they thinking it's stone age in comparison to Silverstone, great circuit but the facilities are pretty dire, i actually think it's a ploy to pull the plug on the British GP full stop.
What do you guys think
i know the clio is rather torqey but ive seen some stats with the clios torque rising to a massive 170 ibf with some mods on, what do you need to get this sort of figure?
I know this has been visited many times but I'm looking for some new brake discs and pads. Not fussed about track use, just want a good road set. They've got to be good from cold, not mark my alloys, no noise and I don't want to change the brake hose etc. I'm keeping it simple. Any ideas, plus...

Evening all! :)
Well it's been a whle since my last post..but it feels good to be back trawling the boards!
Number 351 is now sporting a lovely set of Yoko Parada's (perfectly in time for winter! ) and although they've only been on for 500 miles, initial impressions are good...
aparently these are from car no. 204...its a salvage yard selling them so i guess its a good bet the trophy is dead...
you can cross this one off the list...looks like the guy only got it 6 months ago too...
whats the story behind the crash i wonder...
Those in a house buying/selling situation might find this website useful (saw it on Click on BBC World) which tracks the falling price of homes listed in the UK.
