What would happen when it comes to service time and the light is illuminated. Would Renault go down the route of checking the system, or would i be best advising them before the car was booked in like i do with the K&N Panel Filter???
I have this problem. Explain to them that the warning light is on due to this. They should not do the diag/road tests. If they do it will cost you £75 as its won't be covered by warranty.
The light does not affect anything, so I agree with Strike, let them know..... if they have a problem book into another dealer or a specalist (they certainly dont mind the light on!)
