I have come to the decision to sell 216, I am the 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] owner having purchased it in Feb 2007. With the mileage I’m doing I have moved to a more economical vehicle and cannot afford to keep both……. As much as I would like to!
Current mileage: 73,150 (as of this morning).
Purchased by 1[SUP]st[/SUP] owner – Sep 2005 Purchased by me in Feb 2007
1[SUP]st[/SUP] service – Rentech Feb 2007, 10,581 miles
2[SUP]nd[/SUP] service – Rentech April 2008, 24,252 miles
3[SUP]rd[/SUP] service – Rentech May 2009, 33,631 miles (Full aux belt kit and brake fluid)
4[SUP]th[/SUP] service – K-Tec June 2010, 45,231 miles (Full cambelt, Aux belt kit, spark plugs. This service was done on 4[SUP]th[/SUP] as vehicle nearing 5 years old)
5[SUP]th[/SUP] service – K-Tec March 2011 53,550 miles
6[SUP]th[/SUP] service – K-Tec May 2012, 65,880 miles (Inner&Outer anti roll bar bushes changed)
MOT is due in Nov 2013. The car is currently not taxed but i will be adding 6months worth by the end of the month for the new owner.
Sach suspension serviced Aug 2011 (around 58-59,000 miles) by BG Motorsport
New battery fitted July 2010.
New tyres fitted to the fronts in Sept 2012.
The car has a couple of car park dents, the front alloys do have sum kerbing and the spoiler has a small crack on the off side.
The car was hit in the rear back in 2008, all repaires were carried out by a renault service centre in Wokingham, Berks.
The last service K-Tec reported: Rear pads 50% worn, gear box oil leak (poss Selector oil seal), slight engine oil leak (poss cam seal). The engine still pulls strong/drives well and i haven't experiened any problems with the gear box.
I understand that it may sound like a lot of work is needed, but i will be able to assist the buyer by getting a 25% discount off parts they might want to buy from Euro Car Parts.
