Ello all,
Well I'll do a brief intro to me ..then get to the point!
1st rung on the Clio ladder was a used 51 reg 172 and I loved it!
But because I read EVO magazine, and am swayed by their road tests...
I traded the 172 for a brand new 172 cup.
I had the 172 Cup for about 2 years...
My bonnet is covered in loads of tiny little dents that I assume are caused by stones hitting the bonnet, although they haven't dented the paintwork. Has anyone noticed this on their bonnet, and has anyone had any companies remove these ?
I thought I'd post this up here for people to just be nosey at.
I can't take credit for the write up, but have a read....
The pictures honestly do not do the car justice now imo.
The paint feels so smooth it's unreal. I haven't felt paint so smooth on a new car in all honesty...
My car is Capsicum BLACK at the moment and i'm feeling a little guilty about it after seeing all the sparkling trophies on the site.
Can anybody recommend any decent detailers in and around south east London/Kent/Essex areas?
Think i might get it sorted in the next few weeks!!!
Cheers...
Want to keep the Trophy looking good.
Think my car's had permagaurd recently applied to it (only had the car a couple of weeks).
Anyone else had this done? How often do you need to do it?
Any other tips for keeping it tip top?
Thanks,
Karl.

A few of us go together for a mad weekend at the ring, 4 days, hundreds of miles and several laps later. Im home and had to clean my car lol
A few pics from the weekend, there was a liquid gold R26 with 2 drivers wearing full race suits, gloves helmets etc so I deliberately waited to go out...
Just testing the water really to see if anyone would be interested.
I am a pro detailer and licensed by zymol. Have a large (3500sq ft) centre in the NW that is a sales venue for our zymol and meguires products as well as a work centr where customers bring their cars for the detailing work...
Polished this Integra with Autoglym High Gloss polish (black label). Highly recommended at the price (both car and polish!) and made this car and the 330 Conv look superb.
Recommended as a quick fix too - I don't have all day like some of you guys!
just be interesting to see how many original owners(bought from new) there are still out there......post up if you are, and also give you a chance to plug the car if you're selling ;)
Cue - #274 is going nowhere.
Hi all,
For sale my trophy No.165.
I've not had the car long (8wks), but due to my wedding looming on the horizon, the sensible thing to do is try and save a little bit of cash.
So...its up for sale for £9750. Advertised only on here for the moment to gauge interest.
Its currently...

Ok, this may sound a bit random or stupid. But how does everyone dry their cars after a wash and what products do they use to do it.
I have my car permagarded and want something to get her nice a dry after a rinse. I have never been a big fan of the shammy leather but maybe its cos i bought...
Had a little free time last weekend following fitting my silvervision indicators.. So as the sun began to set, I grabbed my 350d and headed for the only high point that I could think of locally... View turned out not to be as good as I had thought and the sunset was a let down but here are the...
Took my Trophy up to Ben R's place on Wednesday along with a couple of mates and am staggered by the difference to my car.
Mid range has improved dramatically and the torque is much more like a Williams now.
If anyone wants a go in my car let me know?
:D
Hi
Just like to say a big THANKS to Graham at stockport for the superb job he did on mine yesterday.
The screen was that clear I thought he'd taken it out
Got lots of "wow thats looks clean !" on motorway journey home (tup)
Well worth a visit.
I had my 2nd coat of Permagard applied last week. I also treated the car to everything else on the Permagard list for good measure: full interior clean and protection, glass treatment and last but not least, engine treatment.
Keep in mind my car now has 25,000 (motorway) miles on it...
Just done some last minute shopping in brighton and came back to the car to find a black scrape going all the way from the back of the passenger door to the rear wheel arch. No car to be seen, I'd parked as far away from everyone else as possible and still get some scumbag drive into me.
Not...
I am finally going to collect car number #478 tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had any last minute advice?
Obviously, I will check all the bodywork and tyres. I have been told that the car is in mint condition throughout.
Thanks... V dot excited! 8)
