How long does this last - whats the benefit over a good quality wax?

Like a few others, I opted for a permaguard treatment on Monday, here's afew pictures of the finished work, the car paint was very deoxidised and took a bit longer than others to do, but the finish is now very red and glossy :D And aplogies for the big pic's!

am i the only person here thats had issues with the swirl marks ? through the day they r invisible but at night under street light it looks really bad ...... according to the guy today at the dealers he recons its just that the red paint shows it up more , i recon it was just a bad valet...

I've just been out and spunked loads of money on cleaning stuff, mits, polish etc. I got some of the polishing cloths which you cut up to size and then can use with polish, but the only thing is all the little threads that come off. I wish i hadn't started now. What cloths do you guys use?
