182 or 182cup? What are you going to using the car for? There may well be other options that are as good/cheaper for the car.

182 FF with Cup suspension. Currently fitted with Eibach proline springs.
Car is used 100% on roads, no track days.
I know there are a lot of coilover choices but I still hear that the Trophy set up is awesome on fast, twisty roads.

Ok In that case you will need to check if the spacing of the bolts on your hubs will accomodate the Sachs dampers, they are different and you would need to change the hub, not a massive job though.

Just need to remember the Trophy also has a thinker anti roll bar so to get the full trophy effect you need one of those too.

As for fitting the dampers well IMO a novice with no mechanical knowledge could do springs and dampers all round in 2 hours.
