IMO your car is only worth what a buyer will pay for it, if you find someone that's willing to spend £7500 for it then bash on. I have a vectra Supertouring V6 No 215 and as a car it's worth about £1300/1400 but if I was to strip it and break it I would make over £2500

When selling honesty in the advert goes a long way.

Tell it as it is and there will be no problems. Saying mint and first to see will buy just puts people off. I sold my trophy in 10 days without paying for advertising and I described ever tiny issue.
