Hi everyone.
Me and the other half sat in both of these at the Berkshire show yesterday and really liked them, especially the BRZ. We'd like to test drive them both but they're £27,000.
Basically either a house deposit or the car!
We've been wondering if it's morally right to test drive them...
i have recently fitted the new singing and dancing KTR induction air filter/ cone which increases BHP apparently...
now once fitted it seemed great but on the second drive i have seemed to have lost throttle response when cold and i mean serious loss! to the point where i can sometime almost...
Had the Trophy for a few weeks now, but haven't shown it off yet so I thought I may as well start a thread!
I had a 106 Rallye that was one of the best condition S2s around, so getting rid of it was quite emotional! I'd grown really attached to its no-nonsense approach to delivering its drive...

According to this trader there were only 500 made worldwide and only 200 in the UK perhaps this is the mega rare shoddy wheeled model lol ;) x
Can somebody please report back on the following:
Driving straight ahead at 60+ MPH using small movements of the wheel around the centre is there much "feel/feedback"? I have had lots of work done on curing a wandering/tramlining problem which is now sorted and the handling/steering feel is now...
I've just acquired Trophy and on my 300mile drive back through pouring rain I noticed the following:
Cold air enters the car from under the drivers dashboard irrespective of the airflow setting. This goes away with the fan set at 2 or the recirculation on.
Anyone have any ideas on the solution?
I'm in the market for another Clio Trophy. Having had one before I know what there all about and think it would make a great weekend toy. I'm in no made rush but clearly wanna get the best one for my money. Ie dampers done if poss as well as good service history.
Is it worth looming for one with...

Following on from some other topics and comments regarding Sachs and rebuilds, has anyone changed the Sachs for something else, if so what are the options?
I know the Sachs are the selling point of the Trophy, but as there is a lack of new stock and the refurbs do not seem to last I am...
Hey guys, been a member of cliosport.net for and a while and ive asked the same question on there :)
So.. Not that im really bored of my car but a potential oppertunity has come up. My uncle, a car dealer had a 'job lot' of cars earlier in the year and a trophy was one of them. Ment to go have...
After a set of track wheels, anything will do as long as they fit the T. Prefer without tyres if poss as already have those. Can collect around the Dorset area or arrange courier if needed. Cheers
Hi, my trophys on 31k and had the front dampers refurbished a few months ago by bg motorsport.
The car is on mark fish springs with koni rear dampers.
Ever since i got the dampers refurbished the springs creak "as if ur hearing them compress" when braking hard and then when u let off the...
Well few weeks back decided to sell me old 197 to free up some cash an buy myself another cheaper but still fun car. The main reason is due to me moving out with the missus but I still wanted something nippy an after hours of browsing various classifieds I settled on a ph2 sport as it ticked...
Hi Everyone,
Im currently looking to buy a trophy and over the past few weeks I've noticed more and more coming up for sale but rarely selling. Then last night 3 came up for sale within the space of 2 hours on Pistonheads. Is this a coincidence or am I missing something here? Is there an...
Clio Trophy on 55k miles, #196 in excellent condition inside and out.
When I bought it over 2 years ago I searched high and low for the best example I could find
and it has been well taken care of since. I work near a fantastic Renault specialist and as
the service history shows if anything...

Here I have for sale My Renaultsport Clio 182 Trophy 142/500. Reason for sale is I've purchased another car. I have owned this car since april and it has been totally faultess. I am an avid Renaultsport enthusiast owning a Ph1 172 before the Trophy and I am currently in the process of rebulding...
Just a quick one........
Had 2 182's in the past and like the look of the xenons.
Looking to buy a trophy in the next couple of days and wondered if xenons can be fitted.
From what I read, to pass the MOT you need the washers too, can this be fitted aftermarket too?
If anyone has...
Decided its definatly time to sell and replace my T with an RS focus.

I have only owned #372 for a few weeks now, loving it!
The revs at idle are quite irregular, they aren't climbing, just sort of popping up and down.
It's probably nothing, but was just wondering wether this is normal or it may be due to the cat being removed?
Should it really be remapped if...
So, with the Trophy now being the only car in our household, thus enjoying the odd long journey, I’m somewhat struggling with the drone from the Orbisoud exhaust at motorway speeds… It was never previously an issue because the car was only used at weekends, but during a recent trip to Oxford...
Or perhaps not.
This is a Trophy afterall ... Handling > Lowz:up:
On Sachs / Sportlines
On H&R's
Very pleased so far, ride is lovely, far better than the Sachs in fact, which would imply that they are probably a little softer. Havent really pushed it particularly hard as the camber/toe...
Hi guys,
I'm thinking of selling my Trophy (No380) but I'm not sure what it's worth so would like some advice. Car has been owned by myself for just over 3years and is in immaculate condition, not dented scuffed etc. It's on 38,000 miles, has fresh tyres all around albeit not pilots. It does...
Interested to know how many low mileage cars are left out there.
Saw Asim's on here (25k) in the for sale section, just wondering how many more there are! and what current guise they are in (100% standard, lightly modded, highly modded?)
Seem to be a very rare breed, I keep an eye on the for...

Sadly I present Trophy 219 for sale. The car has been faultless in the almost 5 years I've had it, never tracked or abused, always run on Optimax and has wanted for nothing during my ownership, the mileage reflects mainly motorway miles and my daily commute.
Bodywork and interior are in...
