You may or may not recall I organised a trip to the Isle of Man Click here back in March, well here is the video footage from that weekend away.
To see the photos of the weekend can be viewed in the Gallery or on here
You should all like it there is plenty of Trophy footage

Done my first few mods over the last couple of days, nothing major compared to some on here but all little things to improve the T.
Intermittent wiper stalk - £15,
Bosch Aerotwin wipers - £19.50,
Osram Night Breaker H7 bulbs - £19 from Powerbulbs,
Phillips Blue Vision side lights - free from...
I'm looking for interest on a potential second batch of these exhausts. It's the best fitted exhaust available for the 182 and sounds ace. Weighs around 6kg less than standard system. There are a few vids on you tube if you have a search.

So what do we think?
When i have the full cage welded in (probably over the winter) the entire interior will need spraying.
If it's done red, it will be just too much, if it's black then it will be a bit gloomy, so at the moment i'm thinking of white, but if i do the interior white then i may...

If you buy this mag, you'll soon read that Harry's T has had re-furbed front shocks. Seems the front as "corkscrewing". One had lost it's gas the other had a slight oil leak. His cars only done 16000 miles. Am guessing a lot of those were hard miles?!
Hi all ..
Newbie here ... ;)
Being Renault daft as i am i have decided to treat myself to a Trophy, im based in the Glasgow area although most for sale seem to be miles away from me so it may take me a while to find the right one .. lol ..
I'll be doing as much homework as i can so maybe...
Hi,
For sale is the new website...
www.Clio172.net
Already in existance is Clio197.net, ClioSport.net, ClioTrophy.co.uk, V6Clio.net and WilliamsClio.co.uk and so I bought Clio172.net with the aim of setting it up and selling it on for somebody to own, run and maintain.
The website will...
Can this be a vote on the two cars above. It is not a discussion on which is better. Simply answer 197 or Trophy.
Please don't just pick a trophy because you have one and are unable to see past it (although it is a great little car).
Thank you.

I have calculated that, when taking the car for an MOT, the probability the brakes fail is 1/10, the headlights fail is 1/4 and the wipers fail is 1/5. But what's the probability only one of the parts fails?
2)
Point P lies on the curve y = x2 - 6x - 16 where m = 0. What are the...

My girlfriend is about to purchase a new car, well, used but around the age of my Trophy. I have told her that she has to start looking after this one and it has surfaced the discussion regarding car care. My car was Permaguarded by duffer987 and for the last 2 and a bit years under my wing, I...
I'm off to Angelworks on Monday for a service and am after some brake decent fluid. In my usual way I've left decision making far too late and can't get hold of any via mail order so have been phoning around places nearby and all I can find thus far is Ferodo and carlube or halfords own brand. I...
Just come back from a cracking weekend on the Isle of Man so much so we will go back again soon. So if you ever get the chance go :D
We were very lucky with the weather sunshine all weekend. The 1st time we crossed the mountian section it was foggy but soon cleared up later in the day when we...
Just a quick question, Does anyone know of the above car?
It is for sale in an Arnold Clark garage in Glasgow, They are asking £7998, which i cant help but think is overpriced for a car with nearly 60k miles on it.

I am looking to buy a Trophy and wonder does anyone have knowledge of car No. 232/500?
I went to see this car yesterday at a local used car dealer and have a few concerns. The dealer is fitting new rear discs and shockers due to wear and tear (fairly common at this milage I understand) however...
I bought a used Trophy recently that had been fitted with KW V2 coilovers for track use.
I'm thinking of switching back to the OE sachs dampers.
The sachs were taken off at around 40k miles - should I get them serviced before I re-fit them?
Is there any way to tell if they need doing while...
i may think of getting an rs tuner kit but dont really know where to get them from and are they easy to use? dont know if this would be better than getting a remap from another company
Hi
sorry I have some problems understanding English,
about the removal of the pin, in the posts I have found some pics and many info, it is not clear what must be removed, also some questions:
- must be removed only the pin visible on the top sid of the red piece (named dial?)?
- to remove the...
hi all,
I will be the first to admit knowing little about brakes and such so wondering if the below links are the right match for the Trophy, need new front and rear discs. pads were changed last may and have only done 8k on them.

Looking at getting the car geo'd this Friday at a Pirelli performance centre as I have a friend who can get me a discount.
I've just spoke to them about the settings for a 182 trophy and got an interesting response. The centre uses a database of settings so if you want personal settings they...
:( Hello again. Hope you`re all well.
I`m not...422 is cornering very badly now and not being a mechanic i thought i`d see what your thoughts on this problem are. (visit to garage planned for the end of the week)
The problem is,the car cuts into corners much sharper than it used to do and...
Just got back from a weekend of driving in the Lake District with a few mates and am now fed up on the intermittent wiper settings - its rubbish!
How easy is it to change and any idea of the costs involved?
Also do you need an OBD code machine to reset the emissions light or is there some...
Hi all,
I know there's been a past discusion on the ball joints etc, but can't seem to find any details. Looking at past posts, it seems that people have just put up with Renault saying you need the complete lower wishbone with the 'BOLTED' on lower ball joint.
Anyways, my car has only covered...
