i have this problem with my gearbox every morning when i finish work, its just impossible to change gears at times. 5th gear is the worst and everytime i change up to 5th it gets that grinding noise, but when im 5 mins from home its all ok , gearbox feels goods so i think it must be the cold...

Does any one know the theory behind these and do they really give any benefit over say removing the a/v and fitting a proper cold air feed to the standard filter case? I would assume they have a bigger surface area but thats all. Cheers

Hi all, My first fault with number 019 and sods law its only 2 months out of warranty... D'OH! #-o Any way, I'm almost certain its a fault with the Coolant Sensor but i wanted to check to see if anyone else has had the problem before i go and part with some cash at a dealer somewhere...

hello people, can any one give me some advice on lowering my trophy, i want to take it down to 30mm but the only lowering springs i can buy for it are 20mm, i no i could go for coilovers but then it wouldnt realy be a trophy if you no what i meen [-X the car has already got eibach springs...

2 genuine Trophy stickers wanted (mine doesn't have them). Renault charge ~£50/pair. Can they be sourced cheaper elsewhere?

Thought I should post some pics of my trackday at Anglesey circuit last month. First time on R888, great in the dry and great in the wet. Could not belive how good they were in the wet, made me wonder what the 4wd system was actually doing on an Sti :wink:

Im wanting to fit a rear cage in the Trophy for track days etc.. I dont want to totally strip the rear so maybe a bolt in cage would be fine. Id also like one with a harness bar. Does anyone know where to buy these from or do you have to get then custom made? If anyone has on fitted some pics...
