Hiya peeps
I have been surfing the web and came across this little star. I emailed the dealer and they came back to me today with the number of the car which was 392/500. Just wondered if anyone from here had owned it.

I just want to know what you guys did to stop the seatbelt beep noise going off. I think the options are to either source a seat belt clip from another clio...

so when i pull side lever up to let someone in the back,
seat tilts forwards but will no longer slide.
The under seat pull up lever works and lets the seat slide.
Any ideas why this has happened?
or has it ever happened to you?
Karl.
Hey, was wanting to use my cruise control today but it didnt work, the green clock comes up on the dash when i switch it on but it wont let me set the speed, any ideas?
thanks

Morning all,
007 had a service yesterday and surely enough, the diagnostics showed that the SERV and ESP lights coming on were due to a faulty brake pedal sensor, to my relief after people talking of steering racks etc. It also knocked out the cruise as well so that is two problems sorted...
Not used my T in about 3 weeks, been using it this week and enjoying being back behind the wheel of it. Went to my evening course at college last night and decided to take the T, parked it on the end of a row so there was a big gap between me and the next car, as I normally do.
However, some...
When I click on an announcement thread's (e.g. the stickers thread) "latest posts" icon in the "recent topics" box on the main page I get a message saying "The requested topic does not exist":
Does anyone else?
All,
Sadly the time has come for me to move on from the Trophy. It's an unfortunate casualty in a series of events and one I wish I could save, however having this and the Vee is out of the question and it'll sorely be missed:
It's had:
36,000 miles - and just had BOTH belts done -...
We now have a new sticker available in the online shop which can be personalised to your individual Trophy number.
The sticker can be placed where you like, but was designed with the intention of identifying the Trophy model on the tailgate.
The sticker consists of the TROPHY logo and your...
...........unsure if it is my imagination but my Trophy appears to be lower on the front than the back when parked and thinking the worst about front dampers. Had recent MOT and no problems whatsoever, no leaks from the dampers and the 'gap' on both sides feel ok. Is it just my paranoya (sorry...
Hello Guys joined up after seeing the sticker in the back of my new trophy i picked up from Ely just over a week and a half ago.
Who ever used to have it must be on here and must have looked after it , its tip top and i love it , i have had lots of cards , turbo non turbo vxr's and this is well...
Anyone interested in getting trophy mats from autostyle? They come with the trophy logo and the edition number embroidered on them eg 353/500. Rang up today to order some £65 + £7 delivery and asked about a group buy. He asked me to gauge interest and depending on numbers he'll give us a price...
Numberplate T*04 PHY I think, cliotrophy sticker, plus some kind of black X on the left of the boot panel. Driver: young lad, dark complexion, black spiky hair, driving slow enough for me to pass him in my workTransit [-X which I was admittedly hammering.
Very clean and shiny too! =D>
Hello all!
I'm André, i have a Clio 182 and decided to register here after seeing a video on youtube from a swiss trophy owner that mencioned this forum.
since i already know that at least one swiss his here, and i'm sure that there are others, perhaps someone could answer some questions i...
tried Cliosport no joy, also tried the for sale on here, so i might as well just ask while im on here? anyone got any for sale?
if not any recommended ones. K-Tec are gonna charge me like £170 for some Sabelt ones (the ones they have fitted in their demo Megane and new 'ultimate 172', seems...
Hi Guys,
Just a quick one.
The boot one open on the Trophy.
I press the central locking button on the key fob, the doors unlock fine but when you press the button the boot (in the renault badge) in just stays 'solid' and locked?
What could this be? Anyone had the same?
Let me know.
Cheers...
If i'm quite honest, I don't know much about how to maintain a car myself...always having to get my mates and their tools to help me out. Which isn't really a problem, but I want to start getting more involved. (bikes not a problem..but cars..i'm lost)
I bought my Trophy around June time with...
was wondering if you can get a few things that I need to getting it looking perfect
1) Were there any trophy car mats made, or just the regular renaultsport clio ones?
2) Can you get the transfers for the wheels, the speedline turini ones. Mine must've had a refurb and they're missing from the...
Afternoon chaps,
After taking the motor out for a spin this afternoon, i noticed after, a squeaking noise coming from what sounds like the steering rack etc... leading down to the wheels. Almost like the same creaking noise as when a bed goes.
I then stopped, and turned the wheel when i was...
wondering if anyone has gone from a trophy to a V6 (255) or vice versa ?
could the V6 be used for 50 miles per week all year round ? or are the winter months out of the question?
Thanks to a massive hole in a grass car park my splitter is no more :( (http://cliotrophy.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7773) - so I'm planning on getting a replacement.
I know Marrow and BigPhil are also on the hunt for a new one so if anyone else needs one we should see if we can get some...
Dear All,
After getting back from South Wales today, I would like to ask: what is the best technique for carrying speed into and out of a corner in a Trophy?
I know all corners are different: different gears required, different braking points, different throttle pressure etc, but is there a...
