There's something definitely wrong with me, but I found it painful looking at those, like looking at two amputed body parts from a road accident victim.

On a lighter note, will be an absolute steal for someone looking to upgrade their suspension.

cit-ren is the seller and they've sold a few bits and pieces from damaged Trophy's. it was also them that had the damaged Trophy up for sale a few months back that set off a debate about how much it'd cost to repair it.

i've mailed them earlier on trying to find oout what number car the suspension is from......

yeh, they'll have been a close breakers that the car was taken to though I would have imagined - can't see them buying them off another breaker, but you never know.

If they're off the first one that was crashed I'd stay well clear of them, The front n/s wheel was ripped off in the crash  Can't have been good for the dampers. :(

hard one to figure i guess. they seem to specialise in citroen and renault so perhaps the car was transferred. alternatively, the suspension could be from the car they previously advertised?

They don't look in pristine condition do they? Probably impossible to tell if they're fooked 'til after they're fitted too.

Not a bad price - £295 in the end. I'm sure we'll see them again soon

Yes mate, they're my babies!

I'm not sure exactly what to do with them yet. Over the next 12 months or so, I'm going to be a bit busy with work, so they may well just sit in the garage for a while. I suppose the longterm plan would be to buy a 172 ph1, completely strip it out, put trophy suspension on it and better brakes, and then finish it off with some TB's, cams, decent exhaust with a 182 manifold and sports cat - ready to run as a bit of a hardcore track monster

Just a quickie to say that the legs have come off a Trophy that has had a major shunt up the rear!

If anyone remembers there was also a pair of Trophy Recaro's on flee-bay a month or so ago, these came from the same car.
