Hi all
Hope you don't mind me asking a non 182 question but I am tentatively looking at a 2005 Black V6 for £12K. Thing is after having a 182 for 2 years now (and absolutley loving it) I am wondering if it really is a 'step' forward or more of the same with a bit more speed/beefy looks and a bit less space.

Would really appreciate your thoughts and any experiences anyone has had of them??

There have been some reviews in several mags just recently comparing it to other stuff, was going to say get down to woolies

If you are looking for a step-up in performance then the V6 isn't really your answer. The mk1 was actually slower thean the 2 litres in mid range acceleration, round track, slaloms etc etc. But if you want something fun, great looking, pretty quick etc then it could be.

Price wise, broadly I have always found V6 255 to buy and sell for approx twice the value of a 182. So, that price looks OK if it's sensible miles and FSH. Tyres aren't cheap too. It's also out of warranty.
