All,
Sadly the time has come for me to move on from the Trophy. It's an unfortunate casualty in a series of events and one I wish I could save, however having this and the Vee is out of the question and it'll sorely be missed:
It's had:
36,000 miles - and just had BOTH belts done -...
ive just given the trophy a good clean inside and out, ive brought some autoglym leather cleaner but dont know what to use for the alcantara. theres a tiny stain on thr passenger seat and its always been there since i got the car but never wanted to try clean it out myself incase i ruin the...
I have a contact on cliosport.net who can get these kits cheap! £150 all in for any colour too. I am thinking of getting one at the end of the month. I was just wondering if anybody else fancies a set and I can pass the mgs on.
Cheers Rich
I have seen the one they are doing on CS and instigated my own on Williamsclio but I was thinking/wondering if any of you fancy getting a CT Calandar on the go.
Can upload pictures onto many websites with our own design for each month.
All we need is 12 pictures.
Expect to pay around £10 I'd...
Hi all,
I am completely new to Renaults full stop, I have only ever had fords/vauxhalls in the past so i'm out of my depth but as you will see I couldn't pass this up!.
Not sure where to start really, I was offered a clio as an ex company car (who I work for) and was told it had high mileage...
I am planning on changing my rear discs and pads and am phoning round to get prices.
Not really after anything uprated as I know there is little benefit and I like the fact the rear wheels are easier to clean.
Are the original rear pads made by Bendix or some other manutfatuer?
Anyone have a...
lol...too bad i'm already married

Hi folks, just put some carbon loraine pads on with new discs a few days ago, they are well bed in by now. Ive heard that they are noisy but you cant live with the sound of them. is there anyway you can quiet them down apart from only using them on track days????
IS ANY ONE RUNNING A DE-CAT AND IF SO HOW IS IT GOING. BECAUSE I'VE GOT ONE AND THE ONLY WAY I'VE FOUND OF STOPPING THE ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT COMING ON IS TO PUT A BROKEN O2 SENSOR AT THE BACK BUT AFTER 3000 MILES THE FRONT SENSOR IS THEN F*CKED . U CAN CLEAN IT WITH SOLVANT BUT IT DON'T LAST...
.........this is going to be my first 'hands on' job on the T.
Any idea if this is a relatively straight forward job? Out of interest, does anyone know if the calipers are slide in/out or twist in /out?
Looking for the best setup for fast road use and 'occasional' track use.
Many Thanks
So much less messy than my fiesta! Sump plug is dead vertical so the oil comes out dead straight, not a drop going on the drive. Silkolene Pro S 5w-40 thanks to opie oils plus a new filter which was the messiest bit, awkward to get to but at least it doesn't flow down your arm! Just made the...
Just taken the film off the sills on my Trophy.
I remember telling a forum member about the film on his when he said the RenaulSport sill plates were dull.
Soo just wondering if other people have left them on intentionally or not.
A perfectly competitive market is one where there are many buyers and sellers. Information between buyers and seller is distributed symmetrically and products are homogenous. Barriers to entry and exit do not exist and the consumer is king. A perfectly competitive market is a politician’s...
Today is a sad day for me, but as one door closes another opens..
Im selling my trophey, for which i have owned for two and a half years now, with me being the 2nd owner.
It comes with all the orginal features as standard, with Full Renault Service history with stamps to prove.

Took the Opportunity to take #428 to the Elan Valley and the Aberystwyth Mountain Road and down to Devils Bridge last week.....the Trophy has now covered 1500 miles since i bought it at the start of the month! I am so happy i made the decision to change from the R27, yes i do miss some of the...
Numberplate T*04 PHY I think, cliotrophy sticker, plus some kind of black X on the left of the boot panel. Driver: young lad, dark complexion, black spiky hair, driving slow enough for me to pass him in my workTransit [-X which I was admittedly hammering.
Very clean and shiny too! =D>
Hi I was cleaning my car before Inc engine bay, set off to go into town and everything was fine.... Untill the emmissions light started flashing and missfiring?? Could water have got in somewhere????? It's running but everytime you put your foot down there's
No power.....
was wondering if you can get a few things that I need to getting it looking perfect
1) Were there any trophy car mats made, or just the regular renaultsport clio ones?
2) Can you get the transfers for the wheels, the speedline turini ones. Mine must've had a refurb and they're missing from the...

I've owned no less than three Type R's before my T. Infact, even my first car was a Type R and so I don't doubt for a second that this 'machine' will be an...
Parked up outside tenpin bowling in Chelmsford with reg HV55N**. I was a bit drunk so i got quite excited :? It definately looked like it had been lowered too 8)
My air conditioning has been smelly a tad on the musty side so I have been looking at products to clean it up. Has anyone got any experience of using them before?
It seems that the Comma product comes fairly well recommended..
Ok Fellas

time may be up for #356
just recently got married and possibly 356 may now be a little to small for our needs. The wife has her heart set on me getting a 330CI or 330 convertible, cos it looks "posh", and i was thinking of going for a 230 R26.
BUT....... the question I want to throw out there...
Some years ago, Paddy married an attractive woman, Maggie, half his age, in a small coastal Irish community.
After several months, Maggie complained that she had never climaxed during sex and according to her Grandmother all Irish women are entitled to a climax once in a while..
So, to resolve...
My original exhaust is starting to get a bit rusty on the silencers, and this may get picked up at next service/MOT. Though it may be fine.
I'm selling soon, and my car's USP is that it's 100% standard (other than the ubiquitous wiper mod).
Should I:
a. if possible leave the current exhaust...
