Sadly the time has come to part company with my much loved Renaultsport Clio Trophy.
It is build number 226 of the 500 that were released in the UK and has just over 54,000 miles on the clock. This will creep up as the car is in daily use
It has a full service history and benefits from a very recent cambelt change, 12 months MOT and is taxed until the end of June. New rear brake pads were fitted 500 miles ago along with new handbrake cables. New battery has also been recently fitted.
Continental "Sport Contact 2" tyres all round, with plenty of life left in them (I would have purchased the original Michelin PE2's, however they were/are coming very hard to come by)
I have had the car since 2008 (10,000 miles on the clock) and it has not missed a beat since. It has been maintained to the highest standard possible and has always been serviced on time.
The Sach dampers were assessed by a specialist in 2010 and are leak free and perform as you would expect.
The wheels have been refurbished a darker grey than standard and the "trophy" sill stickers have been changed to match, the headlights have been changed from grey to black inserts. The only other modification's is the standard 182 rear bench seat to match the Recaros up front, and the Scorpion "RS192" exhaust
The car is in fantastic condition - the usual stone chips to the bumper and bonnet, which cannot be avoided on a daily driver.
Finally the sale INCLUDES the private plate "T5PHY" which really finishes the car off.
