Good luck with the sale. What are you looking to get to replace 'Tommy'?

Now taxed till Feb 09.

Aux belt & tensioners replaced & cambelt & tensioners. (Aux 36k or 3yrs, Cam 72K or 5 yrs)

So Tommy won't need an expensive belt visit to a garage for at least 3 yrs.

Steve

I have just put a maxogen on mine....i have had a look at your engine bay photo........the extra carbon pipe arrangement formed to the right of the main air box......do you know what it is???.......and is yours attached to any other pipe work?

cheers

Just in front of the battery? Thats just part of the box leading to the mouth of the intake.
Apparently ITG recommend that you DON'T fit a CAF!

that's where the air enters the airbox... i'm still unbelieving that a CAF would be detrimental to performance - how can cooler air be worse?

cheers hoolio

yes it was the mouth of the intake i was enquirig about, Mark Fish did not add on a CAF, just wanted to check that my set up was sound as i forgot to ask Mark about it when i picked up the car.

FYI hooilio i tried to answer your queiries with regards to the CAT outlet following a further chat with Mark on the Maxogen question tread. hope it helps if you havent seen it

Cue, yep you're right can only think it must be something to do with the airflow :?

Jimboss, i read your earlier post, the Orbisoud is the same in as out so i'm ok :)

Better carry on this elsewhere or Steve will start to get irritated.
