Group buy on Trophy shocks front and rear

Shock absorber wear is usually very gradual and occurs without the driver's knowledge. Worn shock absorbers cause damage to other components such as tyres, the steering system, track rods or wheel bearings - not changing the shock absorbers can lead to additional expenditure on other components.

I might organise a group buy on Trophy shocks , new and direct from Renault.
Put you name down below if you want a set, prices as follows.......

Fronts are £1142.90 each plus VAT
Rears are £109.47 each plus VAT
Total would be £2792.78 including VAT

Group buy prices as follows.....

£1985 all inclusive which is a huge saving.

We can also fit them for £80+vat

I will only find out about this if I get at least 5 names down, would also need a deposit of some kind.

Lets see how it goes, then I will confirm how many sets I can get.

Mike, good luck, seriously..... the cost of refurbing the front's is sub £500 for the pair, a group buy of the rears alone may prove more successful.

Thats a very good offer. I wouldnt be suprised if a couple non Trophy owners bought a set of Sachs dampers at these prices and fitted them to the 182 in an attempt to give the it the handling characteristics of the Trophy. If they had money falling out of there ears that is.

I know you can get them refurbed, but just offering a big discount on new if anyone wants some.

That is an amazing saving and much as it appeals to have spankers all around at some point £2k is still a lot.

I would be interested in having some spare rears though.
