Should be.

Worth noting that trophy rears don’t come with any rubber bushes or covers... so don’t chuck them unless your also buying new ones of them.

Evening chaps, does anyone know if the rears are still available? Any info will be appreciated.

Renault DO NOT make or produce these any longer either in the UK or France.
They have completely gone and unless someone has some for spares that they want to sell or someone has bought a pile load of stock you can not get these.

People either fit Mark Fish Yellow Koni dampers that are matched to the Sachs or buy standard 182 Rear Cup shocks.

There's a couple of ads on ebay for them - but with both sellers being in travel ling distance to me, I checked out face to face if they had them... low and behold, they didn't but said they could order some... be wary...

Thanks for the info gents. My car doesn’t need new ones, however it does have the yellow koni shocks on the rear, so was interested to see if the original sach’s units were available anywhere, as if they were I would have got some and fitted them, to keep the car as oem as possible. :). I’m sure I’m not alone! Lol

My original comment that you quoted was posted in 2015.

That was the front Sachs. I wasn't aware the rears fitted a Twingo, or if they did, were suitable for rallying.

The front Sachs for the rally Twingo were the 'new old stock' that were discovered in France and offered to forum members 12-18mths ago.

They can be identified visually by the uprated scraper on the damper shaft. The OEM items didn't have that and therefore the rally items are probably a better unit as they'll be less prone to picking up grit and the shafts becoming scored.
