Definately well priced, steering wheel looks tidy for the mileage too. Has it got a carbon splitter on as well?

Definately, especially if it's not far away. Probably won't have had belts or dampers done but at that money it's still cheap IMO and could get the jobs done at the specialist of your choice as and when you get a chance. Bet it's not for sale long.
