Hi guys, my Trophy currently has uprated Brembo brakes/pads and full stainless steel exhaust system. I have a few hundred pound to spend on the car and as it is due it's MOT in October I was considering getting remap done at the same time.
I have spoken to a guy called Paul whom I believe...
Well after a day with a MR2 forum group at Trouqe of the devil it would appear I've come up alittle shy :(
Never mind I had a feeling 182 was going to be abit illusive. Just for comparison has anyone else been dynoed recently and feel like sharing?
Anyone decided to replace the clutch yet??
50 k on mine, no probs other than it squeaks when it's hot on the track ( never on the road) - thinking of doing it anyhow.
Any thoughts, 5 years now folks: it's about time maybe????
My Trophy - #433
**Warning essay content**
Having now owned the Trophy for 6 weeks & 3k miles, i thought i had better put a little thread up about it ...

I recently fitted a new non-standard air filter just wondered if anyone knew if the ecu registers the increase in air intake. Any replaced and dynno'd or anything?
Got a few induction bits from my Trophy and my PH1.
-First off is a full JMS Induction setup up, plenty of info on the JMS forum but its basically an Espace V6 airbox, 90degree silicon elbow in red and pipercross breather filter. This is the race package so comes with both the road filter which...

I had the Janspeed/K-Tec exhaust fitted today at their place in Dorset (cat back with the silenced centre pipe), so not the slightly cheaper super-sports version.
The fit & quality is excellent, no adjustment required after test drive etc...

Sorry guys, but I've just got a Trophy and it seems to want to cut out all the time.
Also takes a tad long to start up in the morning, turns over a couple of seconds longer than I'd think normal.
Even once warmed up after a long drive, put it in reverse and start to move back and it'll just...
Yes, I know they fail regularly. Mine has a lot of sideplay, and is sticking. Anyone got one?
Alternatively, anyone converted to the aftermarket ones, any feedback please?
A new software from fastchip 'launch control' I dont think il be uploading this calibration onto my ecu, however it only costs 10euro..

Hey guys, I've just been reading 'Performance French Cars' magazine and noticed that they've done an article on putting the Clio rs200 on a rolling road. The article states that they had 217bhp from the motor? Has anyone on here got a clio rs200 and a RR read out yet? I know that I'm digging up...

Hi,
Ive been reading about air filters for clio sports on web and threads on here but not sure which is best one.

I wonder if it's unavoidable?? - I seem to always get it at full bore acceleration, 2nd and 3rd gear, after 5 or 6k; I've got new PE2's and the geometry is all standard (today) - admittedly the roads are a bit cold but dry....
I'm doing the top mounts and camber bolts this weekend after which...
Hi all, dont know if anyone is interested in these but i thought i would post a link on here anyway, if you are i do have various other bits for fords for sale...
Just passing through and noticed some very useful discussions on this website so I thought I'd join! I hope I am not intruding!
I own a 206 GTi 180 myself, lightly modified running about 177bhp at the moment (just under 150whp). I wanted to find out how 172/182 owners have found modification on...

If you could which of the following engine mods for the F4R would you go for and why?
Turbocharger
Supercharger
Throttle bodies
