just be interesting to see how many original owners(bought from new) there are still out there......post up if you are, and also give you a chance to plug the car if you're selling ;)

Still looking thinking of getting a trophy but after having a look around the 197's are only a little more expensive, and newer model therfore less depreciation more warranty and newer model e.t.c. Anyone have any experience witht eh 197 and how it rates to the trophy?
Although i suppose the...
Popped along to have my Paradas fitted this luncheon time.
All was going well & the lads were being extra careful with my wheels so not to mark them.
A guy turned up to pick up his Lambo wheels having just been fitted with fresh rubber, anyways he managed to knock one of my wheels face side...
Have tried searching but not found anything.
Has anyone gone to a DC5 from a Trophy?
Or vice versa from a DC5 to a Trophy?
Am thinking about what i'm going to get next(soon)and i love the DC5 Integra and i want a WHITE car!!!!
Have even been thinking about getting the Trophy "Wrapped" in...
Right well i havnt even bought a clio trophy but judging from the reviews on the morego 202, i plan to do this mod to my Trophy.
Opinions please as i know it is a limited edition model.
Would it affect resale in a bad way?
Also does it need mroe power?
Thanks
Greg
No, not thinking of selling mine...but searched on Autotrader over the weekend, and there are 8 Trophy's for sale this week, what gives? :?
I can't think of a worse time to get rid, spring brings the sun, grippy tarmac and dry night time driving, perfect Trophy conditions!
Loud squeek coming from front of car. Seems to me it's coming from near side suspension. (pushing down rapidally on bonnet suggests this too!)More it's driven in one stint the worse it gets. Anybody had such problems?

I'm drowning in stupidity over there. Someone talk some sense into those people who think the Trophy would corner better if it didn't cock a rear wheel under hard braking and cornering. Include some pictures of FWD race cars doing the...
Renaultsport line-up of mine and my mates cars...
i like this pic...no setup at all, car was parked exactly like this but saw the sun and had to get a pic.
and track...hundreds of pics all over the internet but here are a few.

Hello all,
I'm David and I'm thinking of getting a Clio Trophy. :) I currently drive an Audi TT Quattro Sport (that I've only owned for six weeks!) and before that I had a Ford Focus RS. I keep reading about how great the Trophy is and it's gradually drawing me in. I suspect I could have a...

My trophy repeatedly flashed up warning lights on the track, through a long left-hand hairpin. I can't say exactly which lights because I couldn't look at the dash for long enough, all I know is that it only happened in the one corner and one of the lights was a stop light. Come out of the...
Has anyone got one of these on there Trophy?
Are they any good? I know the orbsund is the bees knees of exhausts but is it worth it?
Anything come close to the obsund sound for cheaper?
Apart from the itg filter panel is there anything else to modify or is it good in pure form(don't...
Evo descrivbe the Trophy as 'the most fun you can have on 3 wheels' but my question is how do you get it on 3 wheels?
Is it something that you should be able to do everyday or do you have to really push the car so much that you're very unlikely to achieve it safely on the road?
Can you...
Bought a new camera last week and tried it out in Wales at the weekend. God, there are some amazing roads there, if you can go in the week - do because the traffic is much lighter (virtually non-existent). The sunset pictures were taken at the top of Cefn Bryn, my favourite road in South Wales...
Hi,
I'm new here. I have been offered an ex-company Clio Trophy. It has done 50k miles. Would this be a good buy or not???
I haven't seen it yet. How many services should it have had in this time???
Will those expensive dampers need doing???
Thanks
Rob
oh dear honda...where did it al go wrong? how did it come to this....
just read the review of the new CTR in EVO...
i wonder how many people put of buying a trophy to wait for this effort..?
3 1\2 stars aint good...and dont get me started on the dash (looks dated already)
still laughting to...
Odd one this but wondered if anyone has had similar? (I nicked my post of Evo forum for lunch break time save)
Over the Christmas period Mario Kart was running fine and dandy, but I started to notice that a little bit of the steering feedback was gone when pushing on in the bendy bits. At...
Can anyone tell me the correct suspension settings for a trophy.
F/R toe, Camber etc as I'd like to check all the settings on my car.
I suspect the 60% worn tyres are contributing to the torquesteer, but would like to check before replacing them.
Note that 7MAT seems to have increased...
My Janspeed which was fitted by Rentech about 3 weeks ago has developed a rattle. It started yesterday and sounds like metal tapping on metal. It happens at all speeds over 10 mph or so but is intermittent. Hard cornering in both directions evokes the rattle further.
I took it in to Kwik Fit...
I was under the impression that there was only one 06 plate Trophy in the country and that was number 500/500 which was held back to 1st March and given away in a prize draw (Autocar mag i believe)
I have just been informed that this is not the only 06 plater around - just wondering if anyone...
I am considering buying a second hand 993 as a weekend car (or perhaps as a daily driver and turning the Trophy into a weekend car). Something with around 30-50k miles on it.
Has anyone had any experience owning a 993 (or the previous model) in the past? I'm interested even if you've driven...
So I was chatting with Bernard Olivier the CEO of Renault Sport at the weekend (as one does  ) and he brought up the subject of the Trophy dampers.
Apart from talking about how good they are he mentioned that the one negative is the need for them to be replaced / rebuilt more often...
My fronts are going to have to be replaced in the next few hundred miles but I'm wondering whether people prefer putting new tyres on the back or front?
One line of argument suggest they should go on the front as those tyres deal with power, steering and braking whilst others think new tyres...
To all the guys who've had their alignment done...
Did you need camber bolts on the front wheels?
I am about to have mine dialled in with about 2.2 degrees of front camber but I am not too sure how much camber the front can adjusted utilising the stock suspension geometry. I understand...
Read this Q&A on the Renault Sport site:
=============================
jimbo666 asked: factory damper settings, clio trophy:
hi. i wonder if you could tell me how many turns of the dial from the hardest setting down to the softest setting to put back to the factory setting.
Allen Collen...
ANY one else found this, say when in 2nd gear high revs steady and cornering, vibrations, very clear to the ear...think i heard something about heat shields rubbing is this true>>???
