If they were selling for that i would be buying one.

They have always held good value.

i bought my esc cos in 2002 with 13k on the clock for £17k and sold it in 2007 with 32k on the clock for £16.5k.

I don't think they get away with anything, certainly no more than loan companies offering 1700%+ 'deals'. There's demand out there and they provide the service, I just hope I'm never in the position where I have to use either.
