What to look out for when Buying a TROPHY!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to collect my Clio Trophy on Wednesday, I haven't seen the car yet as I'm based in Northern Ireland, ans the car is in Scotland...

So what are the coman faults with tha cars, what do I need to check etc....

Any advice would be great...

I am Viewing the car, as I live in Northern Ireland and the car is based in Scotland and my eyesite isn't good enough to see over 100 miles.....

I'll not be buying the car if it is not 100% right... The money is still in my Account.

So back to topic, WHAT FAULTS IS THERE WITH Trophys, What do I look out for.....

First thing make sure it's red, seen plenty of black & blue trophy's :-w [-X (poke)

Well if you search there are several cars blighted with problems & others that are fine.:shock:

Plenty in that thread to read through before buying

The main ones I can remember are the Recaro's often squeek/rattle and the tilt/slide mechanisms dont always work too well

A few people have had trouble with service lights and temp sensors bringing up faults but (touch wood) mines been good as gold so far
