What price should i sell it for??

Its a sad state of affairs by im having having to put up for sale my beloved Trophy next week, to help fund my wedding. I really wouldn't be doing this but i have no other choice......but perhaps after the wedding i'll seek to get another one. I need a few steers on what price i should be putting it up for, as always your help would be appreciated.

17.5K miles
A1 condition
I will be getting MOT next week
I will get a 24K mile service undertaken by either a steeler or Mark Fish next week
Still taxed till end of october this year (i may put another 6 months on)
Yozza front brake package fitted in june. Padgid RS4-2, Brembo HC Max and braided lines
Milltek CAT back exaust system with Mark Fish CAT outlet pipe mod
Fitted last month an ITG Maxogen Induction System
New front tyres fitted in september and balanced by Mark Fish - loads for tread left
Rear tyres - plenty of tread left
FSH
Always run on super unleaded
Body work and interior completely standard
The car has never been tracked
HPI clear
Im the third owner. Dave87 was last owner and owner before that was car collector

Also i have the standard air box with K&N panel filter - which i will throw in too

Personally, i would want as close to £10k as possible but considering what some are currently going for i'd say it would be around £9500 as although being a 3 owner car it has below average mileage and looks in vg nick.

I've no doubt potential buyers will disagree though :^o
