Just a thought, but as the site gets bigger the running costs go up and it might be an idea to try to get some well known Clio specialists to provide a bit of backing. In return they get a small banner somewhere with a link to their own website.

Steve Gunnis said:One corporate sponsor might be enough, Renault for instance. As long as thay had no say as to the design or content of the site.
Cue said:couldn't be Reno as it would detract from the independant status.
Think the splitting of section - technical, discounts section (when we have one) etc???? is a good idea.
Lee G said:The other problem with a Sponsor like Renault is that they would probably want to censor any negative comments about them or their dealers. They also probably wouldn't appreciate the modifications to the cars that many have undertaken.
Lee G said:With sponsorship, I was thinking along the lines of having a Sponsorship / Tuners / Suppliers section where all the companies that supported the site would have their contact details, a brief description of their services and a link to their website. That way it doesn't become too intrusive on the overall site format, but at the same time (for example) if you wanted to quickly locate a supplier of Orbisound zorst's, its just a click away.
