Hello from France

Hi guys,

My name is Vincent and I'm from France (Toulouse for people who knows).

I have no RenaultSport Clio for the moment but I am born with the Renault Sport virus. In fact, my father owns a Super 5 GT Turbo and also a R5 Turbo 2
Me, I drive a Megane 2.0 16V and I refurbish a R11 Turbo.

Some of my friends have RenaultSport Clio and I like this car. That's why I'm looking for a Trophy ! I like this car because of its rarety (we don't see that car in France).

I'm here to have advices, and I hope find a car.

planning on importing one then , seem to a be few going over to France at the moment, you just need to make it sure it comes with all its original parts, and look for paper work to say the Suspension has been refurbished, cambelt, depahers done ect

Does the Clio Trophy exists without A/C ?

Can you say me how many miles Sachs Dampers can run before refurbishing please ?

And here are mine : R11T with also EFI and Mégane 2.0 16V ('97, F7R engine)

all Trophys come with Aircon, you can get a delete kit, from somewhere like Ktec, and the Shocks are a completely unknown factor im afraid, you would definitely want paperwork for one thats done 100k miles, mine got done at about 65k

Welcome Vincent, great pictures of some rare cars! Love the R11 Turbo, I also have a 1986 R11 Turbo, 1990 Renault 5 Gt Turbo Raider (Alain Oreille) and a Clio 182 Trophy so think I may have the virus too! The French make some excellent cars ;-)
