OK, so I have a vested interest in keeping up the prices and interest in Clio Trophys, and considering the amount of offers / cars bought from Trophy forum users I've probably done a few favours in return too. It therefore should come as no surprise that a Renault dealer puts up a Trophy at £9995 (even non-fran dealers are asking more) when the trend in value has been from static to increase in the last few months. Would someone please buy that car and do us all a favour. I dare say they are making so much money as a dealer they can afford to give away cars - but I doubt that very much! I would be tempted but I think I have enough red Clios for an independent dealer ps: of course it might have 7 owners and be a shed, but I doubt it.

word travels fast!
I spotted it on the dealers forcourt at 10am on thursday, it had been chopped in for a megane F1 at 8am that morning lol!!

it hadnt been prepped and had no price board but i guessed around the 11k+ mark.

i said i want it and nearly fell over when he told me he only wanted £9999!

i think they must of made a killing on the megane so wernt so bothered about making top bat on the trophy.

who does permagaurding in the mids and roughly how much?

and who do you guys rate for servicing etc in staffs area?

Not sure about Permagard in the midlands, but I'm in South Cheshire so not too far away from Staffs, and I'll be going up to Stockport on Saturday to see Graham at the South Manchester franchise for my annual top up.
As for servicing heard nothing but good things about Yozzasport(based in Stone) so 196 is booked in at the end of the month for the first service.

aye, yozzasport all the way if it's within touching distance - they're in Stone. They'll be doing a few mods for me in the not too distant future.

I heard from Mike in the London Permagard centre they were in discussions with someone to cover Birmingham and the mids but not sure how far that progressed. Graham in stockport is worth the trip though. - 1.30hrs up the road from you max.

When i spoke to mike about permagarding my car when it arrives, he said that they can send mobile units to areas where they dont have a centre! ie southampton in my case, or i could go to london!
Send them an e-mail via their website http://www.permagard.info and they will be able to advise you further.
