I always vowed that I would steer clear of these things but have to confess that I have become a facebook regular...!!! Mind you, they've blocked it at work now. 
Have found it to be quite interesting, seeing how people have progressed since school days. Find it amusing the people who have to use their status to publicise such things as "fat" pay rises..

finally been persuaded by all the emails to join... god it's energy sapping filling in the profile stuff.
how do you add people that aren't in your address books?
use the search tab under the facebook logo. top left.
type in the name, thats hoew i do it.
