Do Renault recruit their mechanics at the zoo?

Took 196 in to have the water leak fixed under warranty last week.
Three days later got the car back - leak fixed ok.
However she's come back with more wrong than when she went in!!
They've scratched the the plastic strip inside the passenger door sill - which they are denying!!
There's now a loud rattle coming from the dashboard and the windscreen wipers are making a grinding noise.
So got to go back in tomorrow for a third time to put it right.

Reno have you i think, a lesson i've learned also....

They have form they will fill in when you drop the car off with them - they never tell you about it, you have to request it. Basically the same form you sign when picking up a courtesy car... any scratches are listed, dents etc.

If a dent say is not down on the form when you pick your car up you have proof. Otherwise they are swines and will deny everything.

You're right Cue,
Nothing I can do about the scratch - didn't even notice it when I picked it up because it was dark - it's just my word against theirs.
They are going to sort the wipers though as they took them off to take the windscreen out.
Just hope she comes back with no other issues.
