CLIO TROPHY INSURANCE

Hi, i am looking to getting a clio trophy, but cant find a quote for any insurance companies which satisfy me yet. The prices are ranging at the £2300.
Any one on here know of any good insurance companies.
I am 19 years old whith 2 years no claims with no convictions.
Would be great to here if any one could help me.

I wish all the luck with that but at 19 you may not get it down too much. Have you tried Greenlight? There are a fair few on here who use them.

I was quoted similar prices when I first got mine. Greenlight was the best at around the £1000 mark (was 21 at the time though)

I think you have got a fair price for a 19yr old.

But try Adrian flux.

Thats one thing about being a bit older, my insurance even with the Mrs on is only £400. But it will go up to about £550 once it renews and I have a claim added.

Have you tried Admiral? I had my Trophy when I was 19. 1527 it cost! :shock:

remember these are group 17 - not many things in that group will be sub £1k for a 19 yr old....

Try Greenlight, im 21 and got mine for sub 1k just.... That was with my Scorpion declared as well.

I think £2300 sounds about right i insured mine this month for £2011 and im 20 with 2 years NCB. I spent ages looking and tried most of the insurers already mentioned. Admiral was cheapest everytime apart from performace direct but they said i needed to have been driving a similar spec car previously. #-o
