I had my 2nd coat of Permagard applied last week. I also treated the car to everything else on the Permagard list for good measure: full interior clean and protection, glass treatment and last but not least, engine treatment.

Keep in mind my car now has 25,000 (motorway) miles on it!

However it will be up for sale soon :( A certain 996 is calling out for me! If you are keen on a well kept Trophy let me know (water resevoir filled with Brita water, yadda yadda)! One thing I will say though is that I will sell with all parts on the car: stereo, exhaust, intake, number plate etc etc. Just the way I'd want to buy one :)

Here are some piccies I took after the second Permagard treatment:

Cost depends on condition of paintwork to start with. Budget £160 for external only.

That looks so good - like new! 8)

Perhaps it is time I hung up my polishing cloth and accepted that there are better ways of keeping my Trophy looking mint...

Does it look as good as last year? Did you have any motorway chips to touch up first?
BTW, another original owner biting the dust! The shame of it all!

Bloody hell that is clean! 8)

I’m guessing a treatment like this would help protect the paint even if my car is always getting muddy?

Hope you don’t mind me asking as I’m looking at either spending some cash on getting the paint protected, some mods for the Mario Kart or another Hachi project.

Always good to see a ‘Ring sticker as well ;)

Beauty, the car looks awesome Oliie!

Tell me, how on earth do you get anything substantial in the car with a sub box that consumes the majority of it?!!!! Shame to see you selling up, good choice of car to upgrade to though 8) Are you going to try to get the ACE cafe meet together before selling up? With regards to stone chips, is it worth getting them seen to before getting the car permaguarded?

did you get stone chips sorted prior to the permaguarding?
Secondly, what mods have you done to car?
I was unable to find much on your garage profile...

Lovely car Oliie, do you think you've got enough stickers in the windscreen?!? And I think you might want to have a word with the permagard people as they've pinched your fog lights.

joys of living and parking in London I think that is!

Steve - name change again?! :D

I thought it was extra road tax for ferrying that mobile disco around.

'stevegunnis - Steve Gunnis - Steve' over 10 months hardly makes me an identity fraudster. Just thought a little bit more ananimity was wise, with all these joshua spies around these days.

Lol.. my system is built for quality, not loudness! ;)

Stickers are as follows (since there is so much interest!):

- Road Tax
- Public Road Parking Tax (in front of my house; issued by Council)
- Private Road Parking Fee (behind my house)
- Work parking permit (at a Client site)
- Esporta parking permit (gym)
- Renualt Service reminder (used to track last service date rather than future date)

Ahh the joys of parking in London!!!

Any more and they will become a hazard I think! Mind you the price I pay for those stickers really should result in them being issued in gold...
