driving home today the exhaust monitor warning light comes on when I get stuck in traffic. This goes of when moving.
The handbook says go to renault soon as. Anyone else had this, if so does the t need a new exhaust.
simon.
Sadly, due to personal circumstance No 435 is now for sale.
It has done 38 200 miles and is in lovely condition, with 5 months MOT and 6 months road tax.

I was stopped by the Police today, shortly after leaving work. I was not speeding, using my phone or driving erractically. My car is insured, MOT'ed and I have just put four new tyres on it. I own it, it is taxed and I had not been drinking.
So why was I stopped? Because the Policeman in...
Hi,
My and my mate were talking about the clio 182 trophy and he said that he thought the front splitter was just for show. Does anyone have a spec sheet or any details saying how much downforce is generated from the front splitter and rear spoiler over a standard renault sport clio without...
Right I have a had a few pm's asking about these, and I have only got blue left. But due to the guy making a huge batch for a customer through the business, he said I might have a few left over in other colours and styles.
I have got silver/gray to replace the old ones which faded away. They...
I've had my Trophy for over 3 years now and I love it, it's the longest I've kept a car out of choice (I once had a 106 diesel for a lot longer when I was a poor student). When I'm being sensible I plan on keeping it forever as I truely think it will be a special motor in years to come, I...
Just got myself a second hand wheel and looking to get it retrimed. Has anybody had theirs done? Photos if possible please :)
Anyone know if retrimers would take old 'leather' off? or do they go over that with the retrim?
Great news - Millers Oils are now available from Opie Oils.
And as a special launch offer until Sunday 14th February 2010, we’re offering a free Millers Oils fuel treatment worth well over £5 with every 5 litres of engine oil you buy from the Millers Oils range.
Take a look at our overview...
I have seen the one they are doing on CS and instigated my own on Williamsclio but I was thinking/wondering if any of you fancy getting a CT Calandar on the go.
Can upload pictures onto many websites with our own design for each month.
All we need is 12 pictures.
Expect to pay around £10 I'd...
HI all,
The other day I started my car and the engine warning light came on, I have got an ecu reader so plugged it in and came up with the code: P0500
After a quick look on the internet i found this to be the vehicle speed sensor.
Now the speedo is working fine, i have got a digital speedo...
hi, ive recently bought a clio 182 with both cup packs. im looking to get a few modifications for it to make it a bit more powerful. has anyone any idea the power increase that a milltek exhaust system with de-cat and a group 'n' spec re-map would give?
Ive put together some theory questions, see how well you do... :)
Ill be honest, when I was reading through the book there was one or two of the following questions I didnt know.
(1) A pelican crossing that crosses the road in a STRAIGHT line and has a central island MUST be treated as…...
Group buy prices, without the group. We're doing a group buy with a difference... the group size needs to be 1 :-)
Yep, as a one-off, we've taken prices as low as we can - frequently 30% off our usual prices - on a wide selection of engine oils, gear oil, transmission fluids and our...
First off, apologies for not being an active forum memebr for quite some time...
So I took my Trophy in for it's 36k mile service last week, and had a call from the garage to advise me that I had an oil leak from the cam cover seal and that it did not make any sense to change the aux belt as it...
Was just wondering if anyone insures another vehicle in addition to their Trophy. I'm considering buying a van/camper for biking/festival trips this summer and general odd jobs. Last time I had two cars on the road my no claims bonus only counted on one vehicle so I had to insure the other on...
Anyone know any good companies? my current cover doesn't include Europe and as i'm on under my partners policy its her car thats only covered for europe at a price! i would have to change the vehicle on the policy to get myself covered!!!!! what a ball ache.

Hey,
does anyone know the name of the manager/director of Renault UK, gotta send a letter to him with reference to a complaint about a local Renault garage which decided to take my car on a jolly when i told them they couldn't!!!!
i know his name has been mentioned on here before but cant find...
Hi guy how ever much you need to take your car and leave it somewhere for the night DON'T
After going out for a drink last night i decided to leave the trophy parked down a quiet lane ,andto go and pick it up in the morning.
before my wife even dropped me off i said to her "the week ive had just...
First post on here, but was sad to see a Clio Trophy on the back of a recovery vehicle this afternoon, looked like it could very well be a write-off..
Was in Fair Oak, Eastleigh.
This months Evo No.128 has just dropped through the door (best subscribers cover yet?).
the Trophy takes it's place in a "new icons - bargins" feature, tested aginst the intergra type r & puma racing.
unfortunatley they're pricing it at 6k now :(
Interesting how the type r despite being a...
Just bought 415, which had its aux belt changed in August of last year with 18,081 on the clock. Wondering when the cam belt will need doing now. Is the latter due for replacement at three years after manufacture or when the vehicle reaches 36,000 miles (currently done 19,800)? What price have...

Hi all,
The idea of this post is to keep you all up to date with what has been going on at www.opieoils.co.uk
Firstly, we have changed our filter supplier. As some of you will know we previously stocked Purolator Filters and we have now switched over to UFI filters; oil filters, fuel, cabin...
A bit of advice please,
One of my headlight bulbs has gone, how easy are these to fit?
If i have very little patience or dexterity but also money (!) should i do this myself, or go to a garage to get it done?
(To give you an idea of my skills, I fitted the wiper stalk myself, but it took me...
