can someone quickly tell me what tyre pressures i should be running...i cant seem to find the info anywhere in the manual...cheers

I have been told by a pal to drop my pressures to 20psi all round, will this improove traction, im running crappy tyre and are not bothered by wear rates.......is this reccomened??

For those of you that have tracked your trophy's what did you have to replace after the trackday. Obviously i'm thinking tyres, brake pads etc but did you actually have to replace them? or were they still ok?
