trophy to V6 ?

wondering if anyone has gone from a trophy to a V6 (255) or vice versa ?
could the V6 be used for 50 miles per week all year round ? or are the winter months out of the question?

Hi,

I used to own a Trophy and V6 255 at the same time, and I owned another V6 255 before that.

My first V6 was used everyday, in some cases doing 1000 miles per week. It was real good fun and no way a chore - even in really bad weather.

The biggest headache was parking in multi-storey car parks. This was because a) the car is wide and generally the spaces are small, and b) the turning circle is gash, so getting around tight bends can involve 3 point turns. Not a huge problem, but it can upset anyone behind you.

Economy wasn't too bad on a motorway.

50miles per week is easily done. You'll have no probs. Only other issue might be snow - which I never drove in, so can;t really comment.
