Wow! Where'd all these Herts/Beds owners come from :wink:
There's enough country pubs around with big car parks for a little get together and there are some good stretches of road (some around Gaddesden Row by Hemel and others over by Whitwell between Harpenden and Hitchin that immediately spring to mind, sure there are others).
Maybe sometime the start of Oct or something? Between work and hols I don't have a free Sat/Sun till then.

Loughton In Essex, but hemal aint a million miles away! (I'll always enjoy the drive there lol)
im up for it as i live in nr hertford.....any dates in mind???
I love Hertford and go there every so often for wine. I also love the loughton area. My brother worked in Theydon Bois ages ago. really nice bakers there.
