Can I ask what the black thing is on the dash, is it a phone cradle or something? If so can it be removed without leaving any marks?

looks like it's fixed on the vents - shouldn't have made any marks.

warren, what disks are you running with?

Yeah, the cup/phone holder is attached to the vents, comes off very quickly leaving no marks. The discs were fitted by prev owner, mintex with extreme pads. Not quite as powerful as Ferodo's, but they don't squeal at all.
