Basically can anyone recommend somewhere to take the Trophy for a service in the North East?
i dont mind a bit of travel to get it to someone who actually knows what they are doing.
last friday we took the wifes new Meagne in for its first service (at what is now newcastles only Renault dealer) only to get it back with the service light still on, "check injection system" message on the display and the main boost pipe at the top of the engine obivously not connected. Now being 5.30 on friday evening nobody in the service dept could help and didnt ring back 1st thing on saturday as promised - the AA guy they sent round fixed it.
After i calmed down i thought no way is the Trophy going there again...i think its experiences like this that contribute to Renaults current market standing.
