Yes, car was in for 24000m service, with abt 22500m on the clock. Rentech service excellent, as expected. All done in time, no hassle, decent price and time to visit Portsmouth while waiting.

Rentech already have superb reputation, but felt it worth confirming that it's worth the trip even for straightforward service and even if you have to travel from afar!

Day: were you in at the same time? there was also a Williams leaving as I brought mine in, but didn't get a chance to speak to the owner.

No idea on e-mails! I did everything over the phone. As I said excellent service (pun intended). Can't fault them.
