I've finally got around to taking the pictures and posting them on pistonheads, take a look if you're interested and please tell anyone who you know might be looking for one.

If the Trophy hadn't come out, I'd be hanging on to it, they're cracking little cars. Seems to be a lot of Trophy owners went from these, I think that says a lot for both cars!

Whats the bodywork like Steve? My old man has one but the panels are shot to bits. He has spent too much on the engine to scrap it.

Well, it's not perfect, it looks really nice but on closer inspection there are about 6 areas of rust bubbling, I;ve looked after them , by treating them with KURUST and some of them have been locally re-sprayed, to be honest, if it weren't for the few rusty patches and the wheels needing doing I could easily get £2200 for it, with the low mileage and the mechanical integrity.

I get a vague impression from your question that you'd be thinking of buying it to rip it apart, is this true?! I would be mortified if I found out someone did this, the ridiculous thing is I know I could get more than the £1200 asking price by breaking the car and selling all the parts on eBay, but I couldn't do it, it's my first car!

Not rip apart as such, i'd let my old man buy it, swap the bits he wants and then he can have them on his one, and i'd use your one. lol.
Its his retirement toy. IF, BIG IF you do chop it up, let me know about the body shell.

SOLD!!!!!!

A young couple came up today and fell in love with the car, I'm really happy too because they're going to leave it alone and not ruin it with bits of lego and piss yellow/puke green flip paint.

It's going to kill me seeing it drive away tomorrow. It was my first car and so much fun. £1100, they've stolen it from me!
