Unfortunately the ONLY way you can park OFF the street, away from home, is in a car park and seeing as local councils and NCP have the monopoly on them we have to pay. Its a sad fact but true.

What about a retailers car park - tesco's is quite near is it not?

Even some of the inner city supermarkets have a restriction on how long you can park. Crown Point in Leeds used to be my favoured parking spot until the slapped a maximum 2 hour stay on it :!:

Its everywhere now Cue. Thats why I'm moving.

I'm looking to buy in a cul-de-sac on an inside corner with a big drive and a bigger garage. Finding one is a bugger though
