Fear not, instead of going to Renault, who will charge you £50-£60 for a new one, there is a company that can create you a spare/replacement one £13 delivered. You need the FER key number which can be found in your log book. I'd lost mine recently and the Renault garage suggested I contact these guys (shock! horror!).
