Can anybody help.. ......................

Ive ordered a key ring but have been waiting since the start of January and still havent recieved it? Has anybody else had any problems or is it just a matter of waiting?

Ive e-mailed admin@cliotrophy.co.uk but have had no response.

Where is the information about pre-paid stock?

LOL - I mean Nik paid for a number of items upfront.

When you make a payment, the supplier gets an email to send you the item from the stock bought. I suspect that stock has now depleated therefor the supplier would be at financial loss to send out.

I'll talk to Nik when I see him, hopefully today but I suspect he's on the case already.

Ok, that worries me a bit. Anyone who ordered pre January should have certainly had them. I will chase it up with the supplier, it may have got lost in the xmas post, in which case i'll get another one sent out to you.
