Been speaking to the guys at Pipercross, who have just released a new induction system. Its not cheap but just looking at the gains that were made on the Type R makes me wonder.

Just found out, its not the cheapest kit around, at approx £500 but it will give a proven 10bhp power gain on its own.

Where the 3k dip is on the 182 when they tested the V force kit it flattend the 3k dip out to the extent that is was barley tracable on the graph.

£500 for a air filter and a bit of silicon hose   there must be real muppets out there to pay that kinda cash :p

as for a 10bhp gain by just changing the filter id really like to see proof of this ???

I can see a 10hp gain in the upper reaches of a VTEC onda, due to their high revving. Lowering the temp of the charge will be a big boost (scary thought what a good system could do to an S2000) prolly a bit less on a 182, but worth looking at still.
