i currently have a magnex cat back exhaust system, when first fitted it was great but with it being a slide on system it never stays in place i wish id kept the exhaust standard now, even if it slides back a centimetre or 2 it really effects the cars performance all i can do is keep adjusting the exhaust and tightening the clamp up again its a nightmare, has anyone else had this stupid problem with these crap slide on efforts?

I had this issue on my old 182 with a Magnex, it was due to the fit being so tight between the center section and back box, taking measurements a found out that even though it looked and felt like it was full pushed in, it wasnt, still had about 15mm to go.
Me and a mate removed the backbox section and polished the inside up with a dremmel.
Then i held the center section whilst my mate pushed the backbox on, or should i say hammered it on via a length of 3x2 held across the two backboxes and a large hammer. Probably not recommended but it worked.
Just used the clamp supplied.
Kept the car for about another 7 months after this and didnt have any issues.
